Alignment and flow inspire this class that is designed for a woman's body at any age.

Combined years of training in movement, cellular wellness, and women’s self-care offers a class that strengthens, restores, and reawakens your body from the inside out.

Each class is a guided reset—supporting not only your body, but your mind and spirit.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use daily for better posture, deeper breath, and renewed vitality.

This is less about pushing and more about deeply listening to your body.
Cultivate strength, spaciousness, and self-care that lasts far beyond the mat.

My greatest teachers have all been women. I studied yoga under a  master teacher who studied yoga with masters since she was 17.
I know the difference, being a woman myself and how some yoga practices don't feel aligned for a woman's body.
This awareness is what I have taken deeply into my teachings and my own practice. 

This class is special. It's not about learning poses, it's about connecting with the wisdom that is stored in every cell of your being.
