HTMA
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis

I had enough of hearing
"You're in the Normal range"
Most of my life I felt like I had to work extra hard to find the energy. I became very driven and was often told I was pushy. This surprised me and wasn't the truth of who I was.
Now it all makes sense. Minerals are Emotional!
When minerals are not bioavailable, your body will figure out how to compensate. Unfortunately it's at the expense of other organs and even your personality.
Why use HTMA?
Minerals are essential for growth, healing, vitality and wellbeing.
They provide structural support in bones and teeth, and maintain the body’s pH, water balance, nerve activity, muscle contractions, energy production and enzyme reactions.
Trace Minerals are the basic ‘spark plugs’ of life.
Hair provides a record of past as well as present trace element levels
Provides information of substances entering from the blood
Invaluable assessment of toxic metal levels
Measures mineral imbalances affecting vitamin activity
Eliminates Guessing

Recognition of the sympathetic and parasympathetic responses to metabolic dysfunctions.
Determining the link between the nutritional, neurological and endocrine systems, as identified by hair mineral patterns.
Development of a supplement program for specific bio-individual and metabolic types.
Identification of endocrine interrelationships and their impact upon biochemical and nutritional status; recognition of specific nutritional influences upon the biochemical and endocrine systems.

Blood & Urine analysis never showed the true picture of what was going on with me. My weight was mostly up even though I exercised and often starved myself.
This lead to binging and depression.
If I had known about HTMA in my 20's I wouldn't have suffered the endometriosis journey I lived til I was almost 50.
When I put it all into perspective now, I believe I had this experience so I could really speak to it and shed light on it for other women.
My message is:
Accepting responsibility for our health is our greatest mission. We should not have to suffer.
Now that I have HTML in my tool kit, I am sharing it with as many women as I can.
Wellness
Empowering therapies for body, mind, and spirit.
